If you’re part of the RTA/CTA Transit Benefit Fare program but you don’t already order your transit benefits via the web, we can help. A username and password have already been assigned to you. Just call us at 1-800-531-2828, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST to place your order.
